A focused, effective approach designed to help your brain process and release distressing experiences-
so they no longer control how you feel or respond.
All sessions are online and confidential.

LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodivergent-inclusive, and culturally-responsive
With over 40 years of experience, I help individuals move through trauma, anxiety, and emotional challenges in a focused, effective way. My approach is interactive, goal-oriented, and designed to create meaningful change.
One of the primary modalities I use is guided eye movement, which helps the brain reprocess distressing experiences. Many clients begin to feel relief by the end of the first session, without needing to repeatedly talk through painful memories.
My goal is simple: to help you reduce what’s weighing you down and move forward with greater clarity, stability, and confidence.
If you’re ready for a more focused and effective path forward, I’d be glad to connect and see if we’re a good fit.

Sometimes, difficult experiences get “stuck,” continuing to trigger emotional and physical responses long after the moment has passed. This approach works differently. Using guided eye movement techniques, we help your brain reprocess how those memories are stored- so they no longer create the same intensity or disruption.
You don’t have to relive everything.
You don’t have to explain every detail.
You simply begin to feel different.
Designed to create meaningful progress in fewer sessions
Focuses on changing emotional response- not just understanding it
Does not require you to repeatedly talk through painful experiences
Grounded in evidence-based methods shown to reduce trauma and stress-related symptoms

Available worldwide via secure video
Best for short-term, focused work
No diagnosis or insurance required
Coaching with me is about using what you’ve learned to move forward, not about dwelling in the past. Together, we explore coping skills you've developed, understand how old patterns may be holding you back, and use that awareness to create real change in your present and future. We'll set meaningful goals around how you want to feel, behave, and show up- for yourself, in your relationships, and in your community.
My style and approach focuses on personal growth, behavioral change, and communication. Understanding what we’ve learned about communication, relationships and caring for ourselves is key to making change.
Working with me is about understanding and actively making change to move forward.
Gently reduce the intensity of distressing memories so they no longer trigger the same emotional or physical reaction. Clients experience relief without needing to relive every detail by the end of the first session.
Calm the patterns that keep your mind and body in a constant state of alert, helping you feel more grounded, clear, and in control day-to-day.
Process difficult emotions in a way that honors your experience while easing the weight, allowing space for healing and forward movement.
Change underlying reactions that keep you stuck in cycles of stress, so you can respond differently and
create lasting change.
We’ll confirm the right option for you during your consultation.
Coaching focuses on where you are and where you’re going, helping you build skills, shift patterns, and work toward specific goals. Therapy tends to go deeper into diagnosis, mental health history, and clinical treatment. My coaching work is trauma-informed and nervous-system aware, but it is not a replacement for therapy, crisis services, or medical care.
You might be a good fit if you struggle to make healthy choices, have identified patterns you want to change, and are motivated to actively engage in your own healing. Many of my clients are high-functioning, sensitive, and exhausted from carrying unresolved emotion.
Yes. Many clients work with me alongside an existing therapist or psychiatrist. In your consultation, we’ll talk about how to coordinate care in a way that feels supportive and not overwhelming.
It’s completely normal to feel nervous. You’re welcome to share that in your consultation form. I will meet you with warmth, zero pressure, and full respect for your timeline. A consultation with me is for information gathering and does not obligate you to schedule any further.
Please use the below calendar to find a time that works for you. We will discuss what you're wanting to change, and what you hope to receive from coaching.
