Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or engaging in coaching services. By accessing this website or scheduling a coaching session, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of Services

Coaching is a collaborative process with an ongoing relationship between the Client and Coach. The coaching experience supports the Client in establishing new behaviors. The coaching relationship is strengths-based, forward-looking, and collaborative. The coaching agenda is developed and implemented in partnership between the Client and Coach. The role of the Coach is to help the Client progress toward achieving a goal.

The Client and Coach agree to engage fully in the coaching experience.

The Client recognizes that coaching is not therapy or counseling.

2. Not a Crisis Service

Darla Hailey Coaching is not a crisis intervention service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact:

By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that these services are not appropriate for crisis situations and that you will seek emergency assistance when needed.

3. Eligibility

By using this website or engaging in coaching services, you represent that:

- You are at least 18 years of age

- You are a resident of the United States

- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

- You are not using these services as a substitute for professional mental health treatment if needed.

4. Coaching Sessions

Sessions are conducted via video call using Doxy.me, video conference platform. By participating in sessions, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You are responsible for ensuring a private, secure environment on your end during sessions

- Session content is confidential and may not be recorded by either party without prior written consent

Doxy.me operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy, which govern the technical delivery of your session.

5. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled through GoHighLevel. Booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.

Cancellations: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session in order to avoid late or cancellation fees. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Late Arrival and No-Shows: The Coach and Client agree to begin and finish all appointments on time.If the Client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the Coach will assume that the appointment is canceled and the Client will be responsible for the full coaching fee. If the Coach is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the Client may assume that the session is canceled and the Client shall not be responsible for any payment for that session. Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

6. Fees and Payment

- 1st session, 45-90 minute session - $250

- 45-55 minute session - $250

- 90 minute session - $350

Fees are payable at each session, payable by credit or debit card.

Fees are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your coaching relationship. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except in the following circumstances:

- You provide written consent for disclosure

- Disclosure is required by applicable law

- We have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm to you or others

You acknowledge that coaching confidentiality is distinct from the legal privilege that applies to licensed clinical relationships.

8. Client Responsibilities and Acknowledgments

By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You are voluntarily participating in coaching and take responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes

- Coaching results are not guaranteed and depend on your individual effort, engagement, and circumstances

- You will communicate openly and honestly to support the effectiveness of the coaching relationship

- You understand that Darla Hailey is acting solely as a coach and not as a licensed mental health provider

9. Limitation of Liability

Darla Hailey Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional damages arising from participation in coaching services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and materials, is the property of Darla Hailey Coaching and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. Any materials, worksheets, or resources shared during coaching sessions are for your personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed without consent.

11. Communications

By submitting your information through this website, you consent to receive communications from Darla Hailey Coaching solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and coordinating your coaching services. We will not contact you for marketing or promotional purposes without your separate, explicit consent.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of coaching services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Oregon in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of this website or coaching services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
